Hotel Details: We have 20 rooms in the room block for the nights of Sunday, October 7 and Monday October 8. With departure October 9.  Room rates are $108.00 plus approx. 11% tax) for Double/King room. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit, with major credit card.  Reservations much be received on or before September 7, 2018, at which time the hotel will release the unreserved rooms for general sale. Cancellations: Reservations must be cancelled no later than 7 days prior to intended arrival in order to avoid cancellation penalty of one night room plus tax.  Full payment of stay is due at check-in.

How to Make a Reservation: Call 1863 Inn of Gettysburg: 866-953-4483 and mention Group Name “National Judges Association” to ensure you are quoted the proper room rate.

Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in After 3 pm. Check-out 10 am.  Luggage storage is available.

Breakfast: Rise and shine breakfast is available from 6:30 am to 10 am.

Parking: Plentiful and included.

Shuttle/Transportation: (Will send separately after I research)

Flight Information: The closest airport is Harrisburg PA, 45 minutes.  Other airports might be cheaper and would require rental car and a bit more travel.

Deadline: Meal Head Count for Lunch Monday October 8, 2018 will be due on or before September 17, 2018 (will followup with a reminder when we get closer).
